Hi Bruno, have you taken a look at RCA: Using the RCA slider | DataMiner Docs

In the Correlation APP with the Connectivity Editor you can define RCA chains.

Is it possible also to view somehow the effect on the “connectivity chain”?

See the chain of elements and only the root cause device / parameter?

That can be achieved by right-clicking your alarm –> View Connectivity

I don’t understand fully what you want to achieve. Do you want elements to be automatically added to an element chain for example?

Now when specifying an element chain you have to do that manually.

Or we talking here about the connectivity option that you can use when new elements are added to the DataMiner system, that a service with a connectivity chain will be created?
