I need to integrate GV AMPP on our Dataminer system, I installed the GV AMPP Manager app, I tried to add the API Key created on GV AMPP for the service AMPP Controller.
And after I load the key on the GV AMPP Element, I see it log correclty, load everything and later go on timeout
The issue is related to te wrong kind of API Key?

The AMPP Controller API should be sufficient for communicating with the AMPP platform. If the element is going into timeout, could you please check that the assigned URL doesn't contain any trailing '/' character? That is, the URL should end in something like this https://my-platform.gvampp.com
If the URL is correct, you can also check the streamviewer for any messages that may indicate an unauthorized connection. As a last resort, you can contact your assigned technical contact so we can set up a quick meeting to review this case in more depth.
