We have replicated elements from a dma with a bad internet connection (small island). Is it possible that our dma gets the trending data during lost connection times from the other dma database?

Hi Christian,

When you replicate an element, alarm and trend data will not be transferred. You will need to assign an alarm and trend template to the replicated element. This information will be stored in the DB used by the DMA that hosts the replicated element.

When the replicated element cannot reach the remote element, you will see the replicated element in timeout. The last polled information will be available in the replicated element. As far as I know it is not possible to get the trend data from the remote element via replication.

Hope it helps.
