Hi all,

We are currently trying to register an on-prem DMA with DataMiner Services after installation, among other things to enable STaaS.
One special aspect of this setup is that the registration must be performed through a proxy server (without authentication).
There is an organization with a valid API key and a registered admin email address, and as far as we know, all prerequisites have been met. For example:

Firewall rules have been configured according to the documentation:

• https://docs.dataminer.services/dataminer/Administrator_guide/Security/About_DMS_Security/Cloud_connectivity_and_security.html#connecting-to-dataminerservices
• The proxy server has been configured in C:\ProgramData\Skyline Communications\DxMs Shared\appsettings.proxy.json
• Other known prerequisites have been checked as well

However, the registration of DataMiner Services and STaaS during installation fails with the following error message:

The output of ConnectionTester.exe shows mostly successful checks, except for a few BadRequest entries at the beginning. We are not sure whether these are expected or if they indicate a problem:
