Regarding the Sony NXL-ME80 connector

Hi there,

I deployed a trial connector(version 1.1.0.2) of the Sony NXL-ME80 from Catalog for testing in our DMA. After creating the element and entering the ID and password, there was no data exchange in steam viewer, and I got many errors in the log.

Is this connector functional? Are there any additional settings I need to configure?

Hi Zheng,

Could you let us know your DMA version?
It appears that the minimum required version for the installation you performed is 10.3.0.0-12752.

Thank you for the reply. The version of the DMA is below. It is after 10.3.0.0.

Client version : 10.4.2405.2916-9dc584eb
Launcher version : 10.4.2413.720-1c47f2f3
