I was able to check real time offload and I don’t see any real time data shorter than 1 minute intervals.
i.e. Instead of six data points, I only see one.
Are there any additional settings I need to enable in order to offload this high resolution data?
Offloading real-time trending to the central database has a maximum resolution of 1 trend point per 1 minute. With the current features available in DataMiner you can't get any more trend points than that pushed to a central database server.
Hi Davy. Is this scenario still the case in our latest versions? Or has this been improved where the central DB can have more than one data point within one minute? Thanks!
Hello, an issue was detected where the UI configuration always sends data to the server causing the offload interval mode to be active. Basically if you chose permanent the server still receives a start time which it shouldn’t causing not all real-time data to be offload but rather at a lowest frequency of 1 minute.
A task has been created and put on our backlog to fix this and polish the UI a bit to make it more clear which mode does what:
Thanks for the answer.
As a feature request I would like to be able to offload all trended data points. It is not important if the delay is 1 minute, but it is very important that the data should be available to me for post processing.
