For big organizations running multiple DataMiner Projects for different stakeholders within the organization, is there a possibility for the system administrator to control user rights in order to limit projects access to defined users?
For example, each stakeholder and project team is only allowed to see and edit tasks on their project, with no access to the other projects to which they are not belonging to.
This is not natively supported indeed. But it is very good user feedback. Let us take that back to the team, and see if how easy or difficult this would be, and see if we can get it on the roadmap for Project Collaboration.
PS: this might also link into some other activities that are currently on-going, because for onboarding of new DataMiner Cloud users from your own organization we plan on introducing capabilities to have your "organization admin" to control that, and to have rights available that pertain also to our Live Sharing Service for example. So definitely a good thing that you brought up here.
