Hi everyone!
One of our clients, that uses our SRM solution, has reported an issue in the Bookings Timeline component of the Skyline Booking Manager Visio.
They were trying to select a date in the past, but when they zoomed out, the bookings with the dates closer to the current time were not shown up (after zooming out the older bookings were being loaded but not the ones on the right side).
After some investigation, we found the following release note (internal release note) and we think it should fix the reported issue.
Is there a way to update the Client-side Only to avoid server downtime?
Our client's SERVER version is 10.2.0.0-11517

Hi Ana,
Package 10.2.0.0-11517 is 10.2.0 CU0. Unfortunately, the client independent updates feature is only available starting with 10.2.0 CU3. From that version onward you can start using the latest 10.2.6+ Cube without having to upgrade the server.
If upgrading to CU3 is not an option at this point, you will need to request a client-only hotfix package to see this issue fixed.
