I created a button for LNA control see below :
when you click this button a popup pops ups :
there does not seem to be a way to make this bigger this is not readable you can make it bigger
but that is not really an option to work with
is there a way off fixing this or is there another way without digging in to shape data ?
with regards ,
Arie-Jan
Hello Arie-Jan,
We could have the LNA control configured as page on the current visio drawing and open it up as sizeable window (see DataMiner help) or with a custom size defined (see DataMiner help).
Kind regards
It’s showing a loading indication until each configured parameter has retrieved a value. If you close the loading bar by clicking the cross at the right, a logging entry will be added that states the IDs of the shapes that are still loading.
ok but this is a just an rsu switch the popup has just 5 push buttons
and yet is stays this way for 10 minutes .. is that normal behavior
Hi Arie-Jan. If the loading message is not really valuable for you (I guess the 5 buttons load quite quickly) you can also disable the loading message. This can be done on shape and page level (page level would be on the shape data of the Visio tab of the pop-up page). More info can be found here: https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Basic_Functionality/Visio/miscellaneous/Disabling_the_Loading_message_for_a_page_or_shape.html
The 'LinkOptions' shape data should allow you to specify the dimensions of the popup window.
Hi Arie-Jan,
You can configure the size of the popup by using the 'Width=X|Height=Y' value in the LinkOptions shape data. Both X and Y are values measured in pixels (e.g. Width=500|Height=500). More information can be found in our documentation.
does this also apply for the position where you want it to pop up ?
There currently is no option to change the location where the popup is opened.
ok I did manage to scale up the pop-up by adding H and W in the shape data ..
when it pops up it keeps presenting a grey area stating Loading ….
I have no clue what it is trying to load …
