we installed the ping monitoring app and we do see it popup on the left off our screen and it seems to be working but we also see errors popping up that the automation script faille’s
also the webpage show us the monitor but we see a gauge spinning arround with the remark “Unknown Component” , further more if we want to add a destination an error appears with ” Automation script failed ”
what did i miss here any ideas would be highly appreciated

Thanks for providing the additional info. I see that you are currently using version 10.3.0 for both Server & Web. On the docs page for the ping monitoring app, I found that the minimum required version is 10.3.9[CU2]. Upgrading to this version should resolve the issues you are seeing.

Hi Arie-Jan, can you add some more info/a screenshot about the component that shows the 'Unknown component' error and the version of the web apps you are using (click on your user icon -> about)? This will help us identify what component is not loading correctly & why that is.
