We have dashboard, where had to change the persmissions from everyone to selected groups.
From this dashboard we have in cube daily scheduld task running, to create a report. Since we change this persmissions from this dashboard, the scheduler cannot run this task anymore, because the dashboard not availble. It is in displayed in red.
It looks that scheduler / automation script / Cube don't have the permission to access this dashboard anymore.
Can someone tell me which dashboard persmissions are required for the scheduler / automation script / cube to access it?

What DataMiner version are you using? We have recently changed the behavior of this so that non-public dashboards can be used in the scheduler. This is available from DataMiner 10.5.10 onwards.
Before the change, it wasn't possible to use dashboards that weren't public (eg: a specific user/group has view permissions) in the scheduler. With this change, all dashboards can be used.
Hey Wout, with 'all dashboards' you probably mean the dashboards you have access to with the user your are logged in with in Cube?
Hi Pieter, that is correct. Only dashboards that can be accessed by the logged in user are configurable in the Scheduler module.

Not sure of we see the behaviour like you mention, some dashboard are visible in the schedular. some are not, the have all the same group rights.
Sitting now a little bit in the dark. I put the settings back, the dashboard is still not visible.

We running currently version 10.5.7.0. What are the changes then? If you work with permissions?
