I believe currently it is not possible to override the column name directly in the Parameter table dashboard component. However, you can rename this column using:

• Parameter names (Changing parameter names for a particular element)

• Information templates (Creating an information template)

The updated column name will be displayed in the Parameter table component (in the dashboard app)
