parameter alarm not visible in element card

Solved811 views18th July 2023alarm template DVE

With an alarm template on a DVE the DVE element shows the alarm color of some of the parameters, but not of 2 parameters which also have monitoring enabled in the alarm template.
The element shows a critical state, which makes me believe the element sees the alarms, however it can’t be seen on the parameter
No conditions are set on the alarm template

Alarm console shows the alarms

The version used is 10.0 CU8

Internally reproducing the issue will be very difficult.
What is the best way to investigate this issue?

Hi Jeroen,
I see there are normalize actions on your parameter

Could it be that they interfere with the expected behavior? Perhaps you could create a build with these actions removed and see if this overcomes the issue?

Hi Timothy,
From what I can see, this is already commented out in the code for the RX DVE.
