Is it possible when you click on a Service shape on a Visio page for it to not open the service Visio in a new card? but instead in another shape window on the original Visio page or as a popup window? I have a bunch of services all using the same Visio file, but the data within the Visio changes based on the service, so I don’t believe I can use the VdxPage option since all the services are using the same Visio file name..

Shape-level option.
If a shape is linked to an element, a service, a view or a redundancy group, then you can use the OpenInNewCard option to make that element, service, view or redundancy group open in a new card.

If I understand correctly, I think you can solve this by adding an extra hidden page in the visio, that contains a reference to the second service, and then use vdxpage option, and link it using the same session variable you are using to generate the shapes on your first page. This way, you can use the |Window or |popup options to show the card in a popup.
