Is there a way where we can have a notification Bell Icon at the top of the Dojo Page to have a count of new notifications from posted questions as well as the questions which we are subscribed to?

From the bell Icon once select the notification item it navigates directly to the update without spending time scrolling all the questions, the same idea as the email notification but embedded on the Dojo page.

Also, if possible to custom own notification from settings, for example, setting up a notification when a new question posted, comments on own questions, comments on subscribed questions, comments from a specific person, comments on a specific title or using a specific keyword,....….......etc)
