I would think you either have the incorrect DIS or you don't have a compatible Visual Studio installed. More info can be found here: Expert Hub - DataMiner Integration Studio - DataMiner Dojo

We have two versions of DIS, one for VS 2022, and one for VS 2017/2019. Make sure you have the right one for your environment. And also note that Visual Studio Code is not supported, you need the full version: Visual Studio 2022 IDE - Programming Tool for Software Developers (microsoft.com)
