Hi Community,
I work with a Harmonic NMX element, my protocol version is 4.2.0.18. I need to retrieve two data column
"Current Role" and "Active Service Label". But my Cube doesn't display data for the service that i need.
In my table I have "N/A" for these column.
And some line in my table give this data, but i don't know why it doesn't work on all the line.
I search if i have to trigger something on my Cube or on my element, but I doesn"t find where i must active a parameter for retrieve "Current Role" and "Active Service Label" data.

Thanks for your answers,It help a lot.
I try many restart of my driver but the problems is still there.
When I check in my EMS, all the data are present. I think that is problem of communication between my NMX and the Cube.

Have you already tried an element restart?
At times it can help – given that for some rows a proper value is retrieved and there is no “Not Initialized” values, do you see the values where expected when browsing directly on the EMS out of Cube? A comparison might help for further troubleshooting
