New Element Created but the Element is in Timeout

Hello Team,

I have created 2 new elements.. I have selected Protocol & Alarm Template however Element is Created but still the Elements are in Timeout State.

I have tried changing the state of the Element but still its the same.

Kindly help me out for the same

Hello I tried checking the above issue however I am not able to figure out.. Element is created everything is done just it is in Timeout and when checked the StreamViever logs Dataminer is not able to connect to the element

Unfortunately, it is difficult to determine what to check next without knowing more about the element and the system.
Because of this, I would suggest that you reach out to our Tech Support team (support@dataminer.services), and they will be able to guide you through troubleshooting your issue.
