New client registered – information events

I wanted to know what users are connecting to the DMS; so I exported the information events with Parameter Description: New client registered.

I found that Administrator is the most common user. This led me to believe someone was using the Administrator account for day-to-day tasks. Upon closer review, I noticed that the Administrator user is being used by internal processes, such as running BPAs.

Can you tell me whether any of the following Application types indicate 'human' activity?

I want to rule out that someone is using the Administrator account.

Here is a similar screenshot filtered by user 'Miguel Barquet'.

Thanks for the help!

The "Administrator with HTML5 App" connections are persistent admin connections used by DataMiner to check the WebAPIs.

More info can be found here: Unexpected HTML (Administrator) connection
