NetInsight Nimbra – alarm template indices

Hi Dojo,

I would like to adjust our alarm template to minimize alarms. But when I try to do it it's not working. I guess because of different indices? But both tables are linke together so I don't understand it:

Update picture from the alarm template, I want to disable the alarm for Services Table: Oper Status when ETH If Table is alarming already:

Hi Stefan, from the condition image on the left, it looks like you have 'Service Table:Admin Status', I think you want Service Table: Oper Status'? Based on what you circled.

Hi Steve, I have updated my question. Should be more clear now.

Hi Stefan, thanks for the clarification. From what I can tell, this should work as desired based on the foreign key association between the tables. If you only use the single condition between tables does the alarming work as expected? Trying to isolate if the FK is being used or the Index column.
