NBN DM interface table is showing as “Not initialized”

I would like to check or anyone have a suggestion as to why the CMTS interface table in DM is showing as “Not initialized”. We’ve perform the following and the issue still persisted;

  1. run streamviewer, rebooted the element and we are not able to see any errors in streamviewer.
  2. DMA failover

Would appreciate some suggestions/recommendations as to where to check next.

Currently working with nbn to provide logcollector.

Hi Mert,

Normally the number of interfaces available in a CMTS is quite large so it could be the case that the driver is not waiting enough time to retrieve this information. Could you increase the value of the element setting “Timeout of a single command”?

Just to add on that other DMA server doesn’t have this issues at all. The issue is only happening to DMA server: SVDMA2204002PR.

Would you be able to check SLLogcollector for any issues and let me know the next course of action?

Any updates on my inquiry? As the issue is happening on production environment, do we need to restart the element after changing the value to 120000?

Current value is set to 1500. Will there be any issues if change the value from 1500 to 120000?

As for the sllogcollector, did you find anything unusual?
