Hi, all !!
For context, a week ago we finished upgrading our Dataminer clusters from version 10.0 CU5 to version 10.2 CU4 in which the NAS and NATS services were integrated.
From the last one I am observing a very particular behavior since some of my agents present peaks of high CPU consumption >98% sustained during certain time intervals 3-5mins and then falls to the usual <50% which is the usual consumption, below an example:
Can you give me more details regarding these services as a troubleshooting guide or if the behavior described above is expected or otherwise a possible indication of an underlying problem?
I raise this query because searching among the questions I did not observe that in any other it was about what causes a high CPU consumption by this service.
I thank you in advance for any observation or comment that you can share with me, regards.
Hi Christhiam Aaron,
We already have documents on how to troubleshoot NATS-related issues:

You can go through these steps to validate your system. If this is not bringing down your CPU usage, you might want to contact Skyline Techsupport (techsupport@skyline.be). In the case of fixed HW, would be interesting to know which CPU you have. In the case of virtualized environments, would be interesting to know if other VMs can impact the CPU of this one.
FYI: the search on top of the docs might also be handy to search for other topics.
