Every time I add an IRD RX8200 it doesn't show all information, it shows only Web interface.

Hi Nihad,
Following your comment, another check that you could do is verify that there is no firewall interfering the communication through port 161.
In case this does not solve the issue, I believe that the best course of action is to follow up this issue with our Techsupport team (techsupport@skyline.be)
