Hi
Every time I add an IRD RX8200 it doesn’t show all information, it shows only Web interface.

As this question has now been inactive for a very long time, I will close it. If you still want more information about this, could you post a new question?
Hi Nihad,
Following your comment, another check that you could do is verify that there is no firewall interfering the communication through port 161.
In case this does not solve the issue, I believe that the best course of action is to follow up this issue with our Techsupport team (techsupport@skyline.be)
Best regards,
Hi Nihad,
can we know the firmware version that you are using with the device, as long as the connector version that you are using?
Looking at the connector documentation under product info, I see multiple connector ranges with different device firmware compatibility. https://docs.dataminer.services/connector/doc/Ericsson_RX8200.html
Could you also share a screenshot of the stream viewer? as that might give us a clue on why it is going into timeout
As this connector uses both SNMP and HTTP, are both those connection causing the element to go into timeout? or just 1 of them?
Hi Frans,
Thanks for your responding
I am using RX8200 with SW Version 8.5.0
and I deploy connector 3.1.0.70 which is Supports new firmware 7.x and beyond.

HI Nihad,
Based on your screenshot, it seems that the you are not poll the device via SNMP. – Can you double check if the community string is correct?
– If the community string is correct, can you increase the value in the element setting 'Timeout of a single command (ms)' and see if you are able to poll the device?
Hi Miguel,
Thanks for your responding
I double check the community string and change it to public, and I change the SNMP in the IRD to public.
Also i increased the timeout to 2000, unfortunately nothing change it keeps showing timeout alarm, and web interface is open correctly.
Best Regards
