My dashboard no longer works after migration

Hi Community,

I'm having some issues with my dashboard.
It's working fine on my lab server, but when I try to migrate it to my production system, it stops working.

The components that stop working are all fed with data extracted using GQI.
They all report "cannot read properties of null".

At the same time, my data pannel on the right-hand side remains empty.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

Is your lab and production system running the same version?

Hi Seba, it seems one was running 10.3.8 and the other 10.3.9.
Updating both of them to 10.3.9 solved the issue.

Hi Ive,

Apps and dashboards do not support backward compatibility. Whenever an app (including GQI queries) is migrated, it is upgraded to the latest version. After migration, it is not possible to revert this dashboard or app to a lower version, even if you are not utilizing any of the latest features.
