Mobile service failure (CMS 50): Requested facility not subscribed

Has anyone seen this before?

Not able to send sms from the mobile gateway.

After a sms storm this started.

Hi Steve,

This error means the SMS service could not be provided by the network. Since it was able to send text messages before it won’t be a configuration or administration issue, but probably a restriction of your service provider.

Maybe only a limited amount of messages are allowed by your provider in a certain timeframe? It would be best to check this with your service provider.

thanks for the feedback! opened a ticket with sim card provider.

Hi Bert, issue was solved by provider unblocking the sim card.
