Hello, In my production DMS, observed the Microsoft DataMiner agent element went to ‘Timeout’ state suddenly. Which was working before. What could be cause for the sudden ‘Timeout’?

Hi Jeyaram,

There are different possible causes.
The most likely ones will be either a connectivity issue (e.g. due to a new firewall rule) or an authentication issue (e.g. the provided username does not have sufficient rights to perform remote WMI queries).

To identify the cause, please have a look at the stream viewer output.
