Do you have any references for snow, wind or rain detection?
Ideally, I’d like to have equipment capable of collecting all the information.
Information should preferably be collected via SNMP.

I am not familiar of a device with these capabilities, but there is a Skyline Universal Weather driver that collects weather information from specified locations using REST API (HTTP). It can be found in the catalog here:
