Low-code – Using a table feed in a grid component

Hi all,

I'd like to use the grid component to represent some information about a selected row in a table. It does allow to easily tweak the UI and have it displayed in a very easy and customizable format.

I notice that if I add a GQI query, I'm able to edit the template and select the different columns. However, when I add a table feed - query rows to the grid component, the title is displayed, however I'm not able to edit the template, i.e. not able to select the different columns and decide how to display on the template.

Is that by design, or is there any work-around to this? I understand that I'll only have a single row, so a single template.

Thanks!

Hi Leander,

The behavior you encountered is a known limitation of the GQI templates. Currently it is not possible to configure templates for data coming from a feed, only the default template can be used. We have a task on our backlog to remove this limitation: DPC215306.
