Is there a way to configure components to use up remaining vertical space on screen?

Hi Jeroen,

There is a setting available to achieve something very similar: When no component is selected, there is a 'Fit to view' option available in the settings tab of the page/panel editor. This setting will make sure that the page itself is always the same height as the screen. Note that this means that components will have different heights on different screens, which can cause scrollbars to appear.

Update: Added a gif to show the difference

Hi Wout,

When I activate that setting it does the opposite of what I would expect and makes all the components smaller, taking up less space on the screen.

When first turning it on for an existing dashboard, it can look that way indeed. What actually happened is that a fixed number of 'rows' were created inside 1 screen height. This number is different from when the setting is turned of, which causes the components to look different. You can resize them to the full height of the dashboard, which is no longer infinite

great, thanks
