we have a demo setup for DM ( Client Build 10.2.0 ) on a single staging server built for testing / evaluation purposes.
recently , we're not able to login into the local host and the cloud services portal although our license is active.
the following error is generated at login though :
Object '/6632ec98_61a9_4ed7_b00f_3bd420ac1fb1/b22jsw9vubt99lnndlazxfjq_2.rem' has been disconnected or does not exist at the server.
any ideas ?

sorry for the late reply on this question, on our internal records it's noted that you were able to enable the cloud on the 7th of April, is this correct?
I want to chase through this questions if everything is still working fine or if you still encounter any issues with the cloud connection?
