For some time now we experience difficulties to log in into the Collaboration Plattform from some of our PCs. After Login with the proper credentials the click on the "Collaboration" icon leads to a new window, but then the Platform doesn't open, but instead one can see that the page is in some kind of refresh/reload loop. Nothing is displayed.
We are using Zscaler, and the issue seems to be unrelated to the OS, to the web browser and to the cache state (purged or not).
Anyone has experienced something similar?

The "workaround" for this login loop issue is (credit for the instructions goes to @Jim Hugelier):
- Visit https://collaboration.dataminer.services/logout
- Close your browser
- Reopen your browser and visit https://collaboration.dataminer.services/
You should no longer have the login loop (at least until you reboot your computer - from my own experience).

could you try to go to https://collaboration.dataminer.services/logout? After this you will be prompted to log back in which should resolve the issue.

No improvement, unfortunately. Same as before – there is a constant change between a “state” and “auth” address, followed by long strings.
Which identity provider are you using to log in?
We are not using credentials of one of the four providers, but sign in based on email.
Just a small follow-up on this issue: currently this does not occur any longer – solution or workaround unclear. Good luck. 😉
