Hi All
One of our client had version mismatch error alarm when they login into DM client / cube . It had cleared now post clearing XBAP files .
But got another problem , when user try to login it is showing incorrect login though it is valid credentials .
They are running below client OS on their machine. Is there any compatibility with client OS?
Have you or any of the clients faced this issue before ? Mobile version works fine in Chrome on the same machine.

I am not familiar with a behavior where DataMiner fails to authenticate via Cube but works via the mobile application.
