How do I check if changes were made to an alarm template please?

Is there a log that I can access?

Hi Mark,

You can just go to the Alarm Console and load / filter the information messages, these provide an audit trail of all activity in a DataMiner System, and that would include somebody editing an Alarm Template.

Once you’ve identified such change, the ‘Recycle Bin’ folder in C:Skyline DataMiner will often allow you to recover the previous template file, in case you’d want to check the exact changes in more detail by comparing current/previous files.
