Linux element time out after OS patching

Hi,
When we do a patching run on our Linux machines, some elements go into a timeout alarm and need to be restarted manually to be cleared.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas on what we can do to prevent this?

Linux Platform : 2.0.1.5
OS : Ubuntu

Hi Suzanne,

I don't recall experiencing this issue before. Please could you provide us more details about this issue?

  • Did you upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04?
  • What protocol are you using to poll the remote server? SNMP, SSH?
  • Is it possible to reproduce the issue using the latest connection version (currently 2.0.1.9)?

Thanks.
