If a parameter is not part of the alarm template (or disable via a condition in the template) it's displayed in grey in visio.

Is it possible to hide/show in Visio a "Not Monitored" parameter ?

based on the first response so far being not possible I have lodged a feature request for this:

Hi Bernard,

As far as I know you can only show/hide shapes based on the alarm level of an element, service or view (and not based on the alarm level of a parameter).

Is it possible to hide in Visio “Not Monitored” parameter
