How can I insert a visio into an alarm delivered to slack or email? I tried to use a dashboard but then it adds it as a pdf, I want it just as an image on the email itself. any help would be great thank you.

Unless you’re willing to do quite complex scripting with things that were not intended for it, there is no way to get an image out of your Visual Overview with the tools provided by our software package.
Imo the best thing is to convert the pdf to an image with a tool if you really need to. I can provide you with a catalog link if you’d like to try that. You could then create an email with an image in it and send it with an automation script.
