I Can,t able to create Visio file in Services View Section?

While am adding new blank from services view its not creating the Visio file. but it is possible for Elements. why its happen like that?

The behavior of the visio files indeed changed since 10.0.11 but normally this functionality should still work fine, i couldn’t reproduce it at least on my system

In this page you can find the “templates” we automatically assign, maybe someone did an overwrite on the one for services?

My suggestion would be to try to set a new default and see if it works fine again.
