Hi, I already connected the Conviva Experience Insight connector to DataMiner, and already can see data such as VSF, VPF, Channel List and all.
Except One. AI Alert. As can be seen below,

The AI alert page is empty. When I refer to documentation (Conviva Experience Insights | Catalog | dataminer.services), it said:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Conviva configuration for alarms (Webhook)
In order to receive alarms in DataMiner, a Webhook has to be configured in the Conviva UI.
To do so, log in on https://pulse.conviva.com/ and go to Settings > Notification Channels > Webhooks. There you can add a webhook, for which you have to configure the IP and port DataMiner is going to listen to. Also, it is possible to configure which alarms DataMiner should receive: AI Alerts and/or Manual Alerts.
Note that the connector does not support the option "URL has authentication", if you enable this in the Conviva UI, you may not get any alarms in DataMiner."
Which seems a bit vague, and I am not sure what to do next. Hence, the image below shows my Conviva Webhook for AI Alert Page:

Hence, what should I do on here? What data should I put on connector edit page?
Can someone guide me on this?
Your assistance is very much appreciated!
Thank you very much and have a nice day!
Hi,
I'm not very familiar with Conviva, but on such page, you should specify a webhook name and the URL. The URL should point to the DataMiner entry point that Conviva will contact, typically something like http://<DataMiner IP/FQDN>:<port>, where the port matches the one defined in the element wizard for smart-serial communication.
Make sure Conviva can reach DataMiner at the specified IP and port. You may need to update network or firewall rules to allow this.
Hope this helps!
