Following the installation of the Keysight IO libraries, and the steps described in this DataMiner Help page (Installing the Keysight/Agilent IO Libraries), we are encountering an error stating that the “interface is not present”:
Using the Keysight Interactive IO to test the connection:
It yields this next error:
Using the webinterface fo the GPIB gateway it is possible to find the spectrum analyzer connected:
Could this issue be due to a bad installation of the Keysight IO Libraries?
Or could there be some configuration still missing?

Thank you for the link, however we followed the steps and the issue mentioned above still persist.
Are there any other tips on what could be the root cause for this?
