How to resolve duplicate properties

Hi Dojo,

Building further on another post: How to investigate duplicate properties notice?

My system has 146 elements with duplicate properties. What's the best way to resolve this?

I know that I can stop my DataMiner Agent and adapt the element xml files one by one, but this will result in a long downtime. Is there another way?

If downtime is a concern, do note that if you manually edit an element.xml file while the agent is running, (re)starting the element will load the new file. (also be aware that on a Failover agent these changes won't get synchronized to the backup agent automatically).
