When an automatic incident tracking is created the label is sometinhg like “Service group: my service name”

Is it possible to change the default label “Service group” in the configuration.xml ?

Hi Bernard – that is not user-definable. Out of curiosity, what is the use case or the reason why you would want to change this?

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your answer. In my use case a Service is a site. if all elements of a service are in timeout, then there should be a network issue to reach the site. I would like to generate a specific label to warn the operator that the full site is unreachable
