How to open Element onClick inside the service?

Hello,
I would like to have a Visio connected to a service. The shapes referencing the elements are currently using the ServiceContext. However, if one clicks on the shape it will open the element. I would now like to open the element inside the service, because one should only be able to view the Data included in the Service.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Hi Adrian,

That's a very good question and the answer is twofold:

  1. If the user clicking the shape has access rights to the element, the shape will navigate to the entire element.
  2. If the user only has access to the service (and thus only implicit access to some parts of the element), the shape will navigate to the element inside the service.
