Some users have problems login in to DataMiner. As an administrator I want to figure out what is going wrong. Which logfiles are recommended to start my investigation? What keywords should I be looking for?

Hi Jens, I would have a look in SLNet.txt and SLClient.txt and search for the exact user names.

Hi Karel, in both log files I can only find back my own succeeded login attempts, not the failed ones
