How to investigate duplicate properties notice?

I have a Property Configuration notice with Value One or more duplicate properties exist for element DSP STUDIO (see comment for property names). and Comment Deployment Rack Units, Deployment Rack Position, Modified, Modified by.

How do I start my investigation and how to resolve it?

Hi Jens,

I would start by looking at the content of the <Properties>  section in the Element.xml file for the specific elements.
