I created a view pointing to some graphs and placed them on a black background and with the graph on a transparent background. The problem is that the font color of the graph is almost black, and it is difficult the visualization. How do I change the font color of the chart to yellow, for example?

I assume this is in a dashboard or LCA that you want to achieve this?
Select your component you want to change (in your case the graph) and go to the "Layout" tab page. Open the panel "Styles".
You can either customize the current theme you are using, or in the dropdown select Custom theme. By enabling the option "Customize" you will also go to a custom theme.
You can then set the coloring of the background and font color, and also of the graphs if needed.
