We are saving sysdump files of the device into the elements document folder.
This to allow operators to download the dump file through DataMiner. However we are seeing that we are missing the save option (see screenshot).

How to enable the save option for tgz files?
Note: logged in with administrator user, so should not be a permission issue

Hi Michiel,

This was not part of the initial feature requirement for uploading element-specific documents (RN21997). These files would only be stored on the DMA where the element is hosted and would be consumed by that element.

You can open a task to have this implemented, preferably with a user story (e.g. how to handle large files not available on the DMA you are currently connected with).

Hi Bert,

Thanks for the feedback. Indeed, we have put the files in the Elements document folder to prevent the files from being synced to all agents. As a workaround, we will put the files for now into a documents folder other than the elements folder.
