Hello Dojo,

Is there any recommendation on how often/when should the user do the clean up of DataMiner Cube App cache?

The reason why I want to ask is that I /customers have encountered issues where sometimes when I open my DMA cube, the alarm severity of the elements/services/views are not being reflected and the element card page is showing as "Loading element info..".
To resolve the issue, I have to clean up the DMA Cube as per the instruction: Cleaning up the DataMiner Cube desktop app cache | DataMiner Docs

Thank you for the help in advance.

Hi Min,

It's generally not expected for users to clear the Cube cache. Cache clearing is a method to reset everything so that all data is retrieved directly from the server. While this can be useful if things go out of sync, our priority should be to investigate why the issue occurred in the first place to prevent it from happening again.
