Hello Dojo community!
I have a DM Lab server (AWS Virtual Machine) with a DM license and memory. In the System Center's database tab, I can see that a general Cassandra database has been configured, but we don't have any offload database in it. We want to use this DM cube client and server for development stress testing to avoid interfering with the production servers.
I am able to import protocols, create elements, and associate those protocols. The protocol table backbones and UI appear correctly, but when we try to input any data manually by right-clicking, the values do not load in the table. I suspect this is because there is no offload database attached. However, the information event logs show that the user has tried to 'set' those values.
Can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue and successfully input data into the table?
Thank you!

This is not related to the offload database. More details of what the offload database is can be found here.
You should shift your investigation to the protocol itself. The sets could be failing for a number of reasons so a good place to start will be to check the element logs to see if there are any errors popping up there when the sets are performed.
If this is a protocol you have developed yourself , try and give more details on the relevant sections of your protocol (parameters , QActions etc.)
I see that this question has been inactive for some time. Do you still need help with this? If yes, could you provide some more information about what you have found in the element logging and about the protocol you are using? Or if not, could you select the answer (using the ✓ icon) to indicate that the question is resolved?
