Is it possible to configure email reports based on the new dashboard app, that show the data in the mail body instead of using an attachment?

Hi Ive,
We briefly discussed this with software development. Here are our thoughts:
- It's currently not possible to do this. We only support PDF generation as an attachment at this moment.
- Html content in an email body is very limited in terms of functionality. If this were to be added, it would require a lot of effort and would still have many limitations.
- Alternative #1: Render the dashboard as images. This would allow you to view the dashboard easily in the mail body. There are some limitations to this like: no selection, no responsiveness, ...
- Alternative #2: Attach the html as an attachment. This will open in a browser and allows selection & responsiveness. Down side is that it would not be in the body of the mail.

The legacy inline value of simplicity and easy to read is an important feature.

I have a customer who prefers the simplicity of having the report embedded in the email. The simplicity was an important feature.
